自小生長在手作客家粿生意買賣的家庭

喜歡動手做美食是父母親給予的傳承,以健康為目標

生活不馬虎。

十七年前,父親帶我喝到人生第一杯虹吸咖啡,讓我著實著 迷,平日喜好不斷嘗試各種豆種。

從事機械設計工程師的自己,心中也不忘將研究工具機在不同的工作溫度變化技術運用在咖啡烘焙上,因此對於溫度量測有相當的技術能量。

溫測技術搭配物理失水率等作為咖啡烘焙的研究基礎。

期許可以讓更多愛喝 咖啡易心悸的人們,放心品嚐。
