十七年前，父親帶我喝到人生第一杯虹吸咖啡，讓我著實著 迷，平日喜好不斷嘗試各種豆種。

從事機械設計工程師的自己，心中也不忘將研究工具機在不同的工作溫度變化技術運用在咖啡烘焙上，因此對於溫度量測有相當的技術能量。
